NATIONAL JUSTICE STRATEGIES

The Paris Declaration on Aid effectiveness is grounded on five mutually reinforcing principles: Ownership, Alignment, Harmonization, Results and Mutual Accountability. In line with these principles, the following information is provided:

  • National development plans
  • National sectoral strategies and associated operational frameworks
  • Other relevant sectoral analysis
  • Contact details and links to the web sites of relevant national stakeholders
  • Donors’ coordination documents (joint strategies, programs and results frameworks)
  • Contact details and links to the web site of donors’ coordination structures
  • Leading actors’ strategies, programs or projects in the field
  • Links to useful sources on justice sector reform in developing, conflict-affected and fragile states.

This section also seeks to disseminate information on lessons learned and best practices, such as Sector-Wide Approaches (SWAps), which have emerged as a practical mechanism for implementing the partnership commitments of the Paris Declaration.

We welcome and encourage voluntary contribution of information via the online submission form or by email.
